Associations exist to serve communities.
Behind every great member experience are people asking better questions, solving hard problems, listening closely, experimenting with new ideas, and finding ways to make their organization more valuable to the people it serves.
We Love Our Members exists to tell their stories.
This isn’t about awards, rankings, or job titles.
It’s about recognizing the people across the association community who genuinely care about their members—and sharing ideas that might inspire others to do the same.
What we look for
People, not programs
Strategy decks don’t answer the phone. Behind every good member experience there is a person who decided it mattered.
Stories over scorecards
We publish how the work actually happened — including the messy middle — so someone else can borrow the idea on Monday.
Generous by default
Everything here is free to read and free to share. If a story helps one association serve its members better, it did its job.
